Who We Are

A family finding hope together.

We're not a club for the already-figured-out. We're ordinary people, drawn together by a God of grace — and there's room for you in the story.

Our Heart

Belong and Grow in Grace

Lakeland Seventh-day Adventist Church exists to help people meet Jesus, find real rest, and grow into the life they were made for. We believe faith is a journey — and you don't have to have it all sorted out to be part of ours.

So we keep it honest: warm welcomes, Bible teaching you can actually use, and a community that shows up for each other on the ordinary days, not just Sabbath mornings.

What Matters to Us

The values that shape our church

The Bible, honestly

Scripture is our foundation. We'd rather wrestle with real questions than hand you easy slogans.

Grace, generously

You're accepted before you're impressive. Jesus meets people where they are — and so do we.

Sabbath rest

One day a week to stop striving and be renewed — a gift we've found the world desperately needs.

Real community

Faith isn't meant to be lived alone. We do life together, celebrating and carrying one another.

Service that shows

Love means action. We look for practical ways to bless Lakeland and our neighbors.

Hope for the future

We live with confident hope in Christ's promise to return and make all things new.

Part of Something Bigger

Seventh-day Adventist — what that means

We're a local congregation of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church — a global family of over 22 million believers known for keeping the Bible Sabbath, caring for the whole person (body, mind, and spirit), and looking forward to the soon return of Jesus. Our doorstep is in Lakeland; our family spans the world.

"Your story begins here."

Everyone is welcome

Come see for yourself.

The best way to know a church is to walk in the door. We'd be honored to meet you this Sabbath.
